Leadership Coach
I started my career journey in social work, working with disadvantaged youth. Through those experiences my eyes were open to the impact of the environments we grow up in influencing how we respond to the world around us. I transitioned into working in human resources, applying what I had learned about human behavior from working with youth. I eventually transitioned into the field of wealth management, initially because of my experience building teams and tapping into the innate desire to achieve our own visions. Through each chapter in my career, I cultivated a deeper curiosity for what was below the surface that drove my own behaviors. In building self-awareness, I uncovered my own core purpose and I became inspired to help others do the same. I returned to what fueled me earlier in my life, learning how to create and hold a space to facilitate the personal journey of discovery to help others be all they can be and in turn, create positive change.
I have over 15 years of experience as a leader. I have experienced the opportunities created by making time and space to gain insight into our own behaviors to understand how we impact others we are leading. By giving ourselves time to build on our strengths and learn new skills to enhance our leadership, we not only grow ourselves, we help others grow as well. Ultimately the time dedicated to coaching can help you gain skills to develop an even higher performing team and help you navigate making your vision a reality.
